I made the reservations online with this app and when I informed the two hosts on the front, we do not make reservations even though they had my name. He went on to say if someone tells you the way through reservations that they lie to you and it will be a 45-minute waiting for you. If you do not take reservations, why are you on this application and you do not talk to a customer so it was very disappointing. We waited 42 minutes and had a place. Server, food and environment were very nice. The only thing that didn't do the day was the two hosts.
We were seated promptly. We utilized the open table app to join the waitlist. The food was delicious as usual and the server was friendly and attentive. While not inexpensive, the portion sizes were generous. The cold beer was also a highlight. In general, it was a pleasant dining experience and we plan to return.
Endless shrimps. Our server was attentive and polite. The shrimps were good. The Argentine red shrimp was the star of the night.
Red Lobster accommodated our family with a special needs son. The food is always tasty and the service we received was exceptional.
The restaurant was very quiet, which was a surprise to us. We asked for and sat in a booth. The young, well-groomed waiter was professional and most helpful. The menu is extensive and he answered all out questions without hesitation. He did not make an 88 year old and a 92 year old feel stupid. The food was attractively plated and excellent. The BEST bacon wrapped scallops and PEI mussels I have ever had and I've had ALOT. We will return to Langhorne Red Lobster. THXS Diane Orr
