Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe little Hispanic girl and the manager up at the front desk answering the phone are rude, dismissive, unconcerned, unprofessional, and thought they were playing games today transferring me around to the phones at member services when I was calling about a fraudulent charge on my Sam 's Club account and credit card. After an hour of them playing their games and being on hold...I finally got to the correct department and Robert in Tires was great, unfortunately the face of that store needs a major overhaul I don 't care how busy they are...no one should be talked over, ignored, not addressed, addressed using street vernacular (mami), and passing messages versus addressing me directly like a leader of the business.This will go to corporate. This will be addressed properly.
Store manager is an arrogant, sexist Neanderthal. Avoid this place and head on over to your nearest BJs or another Sam's.
I am very disappointed on the prices today! We pay for lower prices and the coffee price is much higher then Walmarts.We will not renew next year!

I prefer to do groceries from superstores. ANd one of my favorite stores is Sam's Club. The reason behind giving lower ratings is not related to the quality of products, it is about their responsibility for the customers. If you visit BJs, they have arranged sink, soap, hand wash, sanitizing wipes before you enter the shopping area. But if you enter Samas Club they made shields for their employees, that's good. But if they have some temperature screening or hygiene practice at the entry, it will help the society and all their members will feel safe and happy.
