Feeling frustrated, I called the store manager to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the only solution she offered was for me to drive all the way back to the store to get my $3.50 refunded. It wouldn’t make sense, as the gas would cost me more! I asked if she could send me a coupon or gift card instead, but she declined. It was clear that she didn’t care about my concern and came off as unprofessional, sounding like she didn’t enjoy her job at all. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not return to this location. I wish I could speak to the owners or a genuine manager about this experience.
I live on the east side and I my husband take me to the W. Saginaw Hwy location everytime. My drink today was extra perfect. Whoever made it made my day. It was amazing!!!!! Also Happy rock in the drive thru window put a smile on my face. Awesome service every time I go.
Love this location as my sweet cream cold brew is always a perfect mix!
It took exactly 4 gulps to finish my venti. I get that they put a lot of ice in their drinks but ice all the way to the top is a bit much.
