Carmen Medina is the owner of this restaurant, which appears to be a nice establishment. She is a kind older lady and a skilled cook. Despite her cooking abilities, the conditions in which the food is prepared are appalling. She takes food off of other people's plates to use in dishes like rice and beans. She licks her fingers and continues working, and sometimes drops crumbs or spills food into unsuspecting patrons' meals. She consistently disregards hygiene in the kitchen, putting people's health at risk. She even drops food and puts it back on the plate. Additionally, she is known to yell, scream, and throw things at customers, employees, and even her own family. If you want tasty authentic Mexican food, I would say that her food is good. However, be prepared for possible stomach issues and maybe even an intestinal worm. On the bright side, she may give you free tortillas. Overall, it is best to avoid this restaurant.

Another place in Laredo which uses the pandemic to get rich. The website says the dining area is open and we drove there and the dining area is closed because of the pandemic. These types of places should be fined for refusing to go back to normal instead of using the pandemic to get richer by not opening the dining area. Just horrible

I absolutely love coming to Delcy! The food is delicious and it is made of scratches, good home cooking! The Tortillas, Gordita, Tostadas and Enchiladas are delicious! The staff is always friendly in person and when ordering via the phone for pickup.

Must clean the restaurant food room so about Crowed. Go toys, boxes and a large bunch of water bottles.

GREAT enchiladas luv them ladies r nice n friendly reasonable prices order comes with 5 enchiladas u can them just the enchiladas tppped with lettuce potatoes n carrots n sour cream or u can add rice n beans
