Menu is not that excellent but fresh ingredients, super friendly staff, reasonable prices.

Great location with awesome workers. A customer in the drive thru in front of me had his car break down. 2 workers came out and we pushed the car out of the way.

Says 24 hr but no one at drive thru at 130 on a Tuesday ..... at least put up a closed sign or hire people that work and not let customers sit in the drive thru waiting like idiots. Two other guests sat in front of me until we all just shrugged and went on our way annoyed. Step up management...

Order #76 on 7/31/2022 2:17:42 PMDrive through order was incorrect. When the establishment makes a mistake on a drive through order, th customer has to waste money on fuel to return to the establishment to get the order corrected. Attn: Kim H Carl's Jr- why should the customer be punished if your staff is unable to follow simple directions for a food order? It's bad enough we paid full price for a half-a services now we have to waste our time and fuel to return and get it fixed? Clearly the customer's experience and time is not important. This is a drive through job. It's not culinary school. Why would you punish the customer for your staff's mistakes? Don't you want us to return and recommend you to others? What a trashy experience. Can't follow simple orders.

I love Carl’s jr for a quick burger. This branch is literally across the street were I live. Burgers are really good and the employees are really kind and helpful. Love my burger with a lot of bacon and the breakfast burger really delicious!!
