You've already spent thousands on tickets, flights, housing, etc. to come to Vegas and enjoy yourself for some small and dwindling amount of time away from the corporate dystopia. You've already lost hundreds the slots and spent much more on overpriced booze and tasteless bar or festival food at whatever concert, show, or club you went to last night. All you want is a healthy, affordable, and quick option to offset all of your previous bad decisions, and look right outside your hotel! What is there? A beautiful, slightly rundown but good nonetheless, Chipotle. An oasis of cheap and relatively healthy food that will hit all of your macros and nutrients. No long lines, no quadruple dollar signs, no B.S. celebrity restaurant marketing (I'm looking at you Gordon Ramsey). Just whole, good, tasty food. I ate here multiple times in a weekend and it's probably the best Chipotle I've ever eaten at, not because of its taste (portions are a little small), its cost (it's Vegas, so it's still like $1-2 more than your normal chipotle), or venue (it's kind of an old building that which you can't even tell is open or not sometimes), but because Chipotle fills a very specific niche in Vegas that you cannot find anywhere else nearby.
This place is so stingy with their servings from the rice to the veggies. I ordered some corn salsa and the server barely gave me half of the spoon I'll stick with my Chipotle in my hometown.
How fitting, that the chipotle goodness I love would be my to go treat for the Las Vegas, Beatles LOVE show! feels like on the Las Vegas Strip, every fast food fare spot is stripped of the basics, like free water, or a bowl with tortillas on the side. since the tortilla on the side was not on offer, got a burrito with barbacoa. not enough meat, or perhaps not spread out enough. service was on the terse side too.
These were the laziest, most inconsiderate people ive ever had serve me food. a 4 person line took me 25 minutes to get to the front. THEN, the woman making my bowl was extremely stingy when i requested white rice, basically adding 10 grains of rice at a time whenever i asked for more. then i get to the sauces and salsa and the man serving me was too busy joking with the woman serving the meat (pause) and the rice. yall should stay away. dont waste your time or your money. and to the workers at this chipotle, do better.
Review for a weekday July 2023: consistent food as in other Chipotle places I was getting a very late lunch (4p), so food might have been sitting there for a bit
