There really needs to be a change at the management level because it feels like the entire staff is dissatisfied with their jobs, which is quite unfortunate. The woman who took my order tonight was pleasant, but I waited about five minutes in the drive-thru before I had to say something to get my order taken. I could have waited an hour without being served. While the food is usually good, there needs to be some retraining on customer service, or perhaps new management that genuinely cares about their work. I don't want to place all the blame on the staff.
This restaurant really needs improvement! The drive-thru always takes at least 30 minutes to get through. They frequently ask customers to wait, but I don’t understand why, as they never seem that busy. It’s clear why there are so many negative reviews! I once spoke with a manager, I think her name was Melissa, about an issue with my food, and she was very rude and unprofessional. The food is consistently mediocre, and the customer service is awful. I strongly recommend avoiding this location; they don’t deserve our patronage! Someone needs to step in and help this establishment because it reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand. This will be my last visit! Absolutely terrible experience!
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever experienced, and I've lived in various places across the United States. It's the closest one to my home, but I'm constantly finding things missing from my order or receiving food that is simply cold. From now on, I'll gladly drive to a location that's further away. This place really needs new management or some serious improvements. I get that it's a fast food restaurant, but can I at least get my food hot and receive exactly what I ordered?
We go to this Wendy?s pretty often. This time was extremely disappointing. we ordered a pretty decent sized order, this isn?t even cooked. Absolutely disgusting.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no one ahead of me, just to place one order. When I finally reached the window, they informed me that the Five Dollar Biggie Bag was now six dollars, despite it clearly being marked as five on the menu. I was a bit taken aback, and while I wasn't going to get upset over a dollar, I had some questions about my order, which the employee couldn't answer. I asked to speak with a manager, but they were unavailable. I ended up waiting a total of 35 minutes for the Five Dollar Biggie Bag, and I was the only one in line. When I finally received my food, it was ice cold. I'm really confused by the service. It seems like they're severely understaffed; each time I go there, I end up waiting a long time. I could have eaten faster at Olive Garden or IHOP instead.
