Ario Pizza - LATHAM

I've been coming to this place since I was 10 years old and my family first moved to NY state. It was the first place we ate in NY and over the next 20 years and countless other pizza places, I still prefer this place. I have my own kids now and they prefer to come here as well. In my opinion they have the best Stromboli around. Their crust is perfect; flavorful, warm and fluffy on the inside while crunchy on the outside but not overbearing where you're eating more bread than pizza. Their sauce is my absolute favorite so it makes every slice you order worth it. Ive known all the employees and the owner for the last 20 years and I've seen some come and go so I understand other people may have had 1 or 2 bad experiences. However, if you go back and respect them, they respect you and it makes the entire experience worth while. Their prices are fair and you will pay for quality, plain and simple. If you prefer pizza hut and dominos, then of course you can expect for this to be pricier. Come in, smile and say hello, spark up conversation (that's the southern hospitality in me) and enjoy the best NY pizza you can get in the capital region.

I went during off hours.... but the food and service was still excellent! The carbonation on the fountain soda was not turned down for it being off hours like a lot of places do. The pizza was still fresh and there was plenty of selection and it was delicious. I got these tiny garlic butter bread knots that were perfect. And a small marinara for dipping, and that too was a nice thick hearty sauce. My only disappointment was that I haven't discovered this place sooner

Super clean kitchen and dining area, good selection of fresh slices. The crust was perfect: crispy but still foldable. The staff was friendly, appreciative, and fast. The sausage pizza was on point!

This is the best pizza place that I've been to that why I'm giving it 5 stars. They are very welcoming and I ordered the 24 slice pizza and my family and I were very pleased with the overall taste and quality of this delicious pizza. Thanks guys, I will refer every and anyone to your fantastic pizza.

Excellent food. Love it here. The bodyshop I manage orders from here all the time. Try the barbecue or grilled chicken. Salads very good. Their appetizers are always good. Pizza is of course fantastic as well. Very very clean inside, polite employees.
