Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe have a unit located on the beach, just 7 miles from Ramada, and this restaurant is the closest business to us. It is disappointing that they do not offer fresh fish, only frozen and tasteless options like waterlogged, broken flakes or blue grenadier. Their burgers are also lacking, with a simple unroasted roll, meat patty, cheese, and no sauce unless requested. The only redeeming quality was the hot chips, although they were just okay and cooked in old oil. Luckily, we discovered a larger fish and chip shop at the airport before heading home, which was a much better option.
At just $5 for a very small portion of hot chips, served in a very small white paper bag.... and a few other overpriced items... we would rather take the trip to Sorell to get supplies.
The hamburger was delicious and I also purchased a large bag of chips. However, I was disappointed to find that the bag was only half full. Other than that, the food was enjoyable.
Just a nice little corner shop, friendly staff, very clean, big coffee. has a good choice of everything.
Phone orders are not accepted, as the staff may have difficulty understanding English. They do not offer sea scallops and are unfamiliar with Kabana sausage. It can be frustrating to see fish bites being sold as scallops. Overall, the communication and understanding with the Asian staff can be difficult and confusing. This experience ultimately lost my business.
