The scanner in the drive thru was down for weeks. What I didn't know is that you could have gone inside and got your app scan and earn your stars. I wish I woulda known. I've been paying for cash in the drive thru. How do I email the store manager

Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It 's only one worker and she seemed like she 's ready to go and didn 't even seem to even ask can she help me. I had to say to her, "do you 'll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn 't even ask me if I need anything else. I won 't be coming here anymore. A waste and gas and time every time.
