Viita Food - Lausanne

The food is prepared daily by Tonton Jean! I was often recommended to Viita Food for lunch or dinner and definitely this place! Nothing processed, everything is healthy and freshly prepared, new menu every day, just steam cooked, and I love jeans... spices and spices!

Uncle Jean has done a great job with Viita Food, a small kiosk very well near busy streets and all other types of companies around. It is a place to stop for a drink or an ice cream in the middle of the egg. It's a place to have a sandwich or a salad on the way. It is a place to have freshly energetic mixed juices, or just take a coffee. It is a place to buy homemade jams and spices, I strongly recommend the coconut! And on Friday and Saturday evening from 18:30 a.m. a small barbecue with a salad buffet is offered, all very intimate and cozy and with the sound of songs from Martinique reservation is asked, as there are only a few tables. Jean managed to make a cozy place after years of struggle, really worth a stop some time!

Everything was steamed or made without oil. The cook is very nice and the way he mixes spices are simply excellent creative, be it the appetizers main courses or sweet desserts. I was surprised by each of his individual dishes.
