Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lawnside

I find it incredibly frustrating that the lobby is never open at 9 a.m. The number of times my order has been incorrect is astonishing, especially after having to wait in a long drive-thru line. It happens all too often that I order a combo and they forget the sides. Additionally, if I'm asked to pull forward to wait for my food, they often completely forget about me outside, forcing me to get back in line to retrieve my order. The customer service and overall courtesy at this place are lacking. I would recommend avoiding it.

With all the competing chicken food places there are today I forgotten how much I really enjoyed Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and the recipe that Popeyes uses for the breading on chicken and the shrimp was just excellent ! service was swift and painless and professional! I'll be back Popeyes!
