Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I usually go inside to eat, and the food came relatively quick (granted, it wasn't that busy when I went . Fries could've been more seasoned but overall, pretty good :

Consistently the fastest Zaxby's I have been to. Drive-thru is a bit slower, but that's the case everywhere. Food has been fresh every time.

This situation is amazing! The service is always on the point, the food is always fresh and treated with care. Kudos to the staff here for very professional, fast and friendly. Hiyab (BB) has made my experience wonderful at this point by going beyond and beyond. Thank you for your hard work!!!

I got her new spicy chicken sandwich. It must have been under a heat lamp for a few hours. The chicken was very thin and dry. There was less than a ketchup package of spicy sauce on the sandwich. Also, since this place does not allow to pick up in the person, the line in the drive thru was the whole way out to the main road (I used the app and had brought it to my car). Never order the new chicken sandwich, at least at this point, it is terrible! I had better chicken sandwiches for $1 at Wendy's. Zaxby's company should consider repeating this franchise!!!

Rude the young lady in the window with payments not even gave me time to say thank you after she returned my card she wisely said your welcome. Girls I suggest you stop right away?
