They have taken both the pick up inside and curbside off their app. Which makes it nearly impossible for a mom of 3 under 3 to grab food, unless I choose the drive through. This morning I got here at 10:20 with 10 cars in line in front of me. I got to the ordering speaker at 10:37… understand this is after 10:30 breakfast but 17 minutes to get through 10 cars? And then not honor the breakfast for those who have been here. If I could have gone inside I would have. I couldn’t even drive around tho … – show
No lobby after 7 on a Friday. Zero curb side for weeks.
They must be short staffed… and have been for the last several months. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru. They've stopped doing online orders and curbside orders. Service is so so slow. Food is mostly okay. Not terrible, but certainly not up to the usual standard. Hopefully they're able to get more staff available soon.
PLEASE BRING BACK CURBSIDE!! This Chick Fil A is so slow without it
