To have eaten there several times at lunchtime, I find this friendly restaurant. Being a vegetarian, I asked if I could have a special plate and I was served a very good dish in accordance with my request. So I recommend!
Well eaten, except that it was long between the dishes, we finished our late meal, which prevented us from fully enjoying karaoke. Suggestion: why not offer karaoke during the meal, installing people wishing to make karaoke down and other ds in the upper room.
I will only be able to judge here because after almost 2:00 a.m. waiting and 3 waitress passages to take our orders we had not eaten. The reservation was made several months in advance for a group of 20 people. We are asked to come to second service at 8:30. At 8:30 p.m., we let out a group of about 20 people. We enter and we are asked to wait until the tables are straightened because the previous group has fallen behind. What we do outside, in the middle of February, the room does not allow to hold 20 people inside standing. After 15min waiting outside, and without anyone news, we enter and settle. Passing the 2 waitress to take orders for the aperitif. We are served with different aperitives with leaflets and some tapnade tarts. For me, 10cl of soft wine for 4€... a little excessive. We then take orders for dinner, give us a map indicating that the rest of the dishes are listed on the tables on the walls. Most of us opt for input/plat/dessert menus. First passage of a waitress to take commands. After more than half an hour waiting for a second waitress tells us that her colleague was wrong when taking orders and that she will proceed again to take orders from the 20 guests. Arrival in the middle of the table, it starts to indicate that there is no longer enough goods for the menus (especially fish We ask for an alternative that it is impossible to present. After several returns to the kitchen, a 3rd order is made so that all requests are not sattisfeated. We ask to see an official who does not provide us with any explanation or alternative. Remember that the reservation and the number of people were known by the hotel since December 2018 for a meal scheduled at the end of February 2019!!! We didn't come to this hotel for 20 people! Meanwhile, to fill the absence of food for more than 1h30, we claimed karaoke... We have the strong feeling of disturbing (to not say anything else; We then put some ambient music with a very high level of sound indicating that karaoke was open... Then nothing...the person disappeared from the room. Meanwhile, the cook is finally in the room to blame us for not having asked for a single meal when booking. Following our request, it is impossible to tell us how many fish dishes are available in the kitchen and serves us the excuse to manage its stock as the establishment is closed on Sunday and Monday. No excuse but only reproaches...a comble!!! Sir, we are actually not professionals but if you are unable to receive 2 groups of 20 people on the same evening, refuse a reservation, we can understand it. But don't reject your fault and your lack of management on customers. Reproaching us for being late when we were asked to wait outside to draw up the tables for lack of delay of the previous group is unacceptable. Just like waiting 1h45 for finally not having had the ounce of food on the table. What did you do in your kitchen so that after 1h45 waiting not even an entrance was presented on the table? In front of the impossibility of being properly served and in front of the deplorable and incorrect reception that we received after almost 2 hours of waiting we decided to leave. We left under the incorrection of the cook who screamed us in the middle of the street: go to KFC, at this time it's still open BRAVO!!! So I'm not advising this establishment.
Reservation at 12:30, dishes served at 14:30 and desserts served around 15:00... The appetizers were not served because the waitress forgot. I don't know what to do.
