Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis restaurant is located in a convenient area and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, although not outstanding. The burgers were tasty and satisfying in both quality and portion size. However, one person in our group ordered the belly pork and was disappointed by the small portion size. The quality of the dish was decent, but the amount of mashed potato provided was inadequate for an adult. Only one carrot was served as a vegetable side, which was disappointing considering how inexpensive these ingredients are. Overall, the value for money was poor. The drinks were also overpriced, making it not a great dining experience.
The food was fantastic. The service provided by Anna or Hannah, I believe her name was, was excellent. We were a group of 18 (work event) and she managed us with ease. I gave her special praise to the manager. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We didn't make a reservation, but we were seated right away. Our server, Kitty, was very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals - I'm a vegetarian and he loves his meat. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I’ll admit I haven’t been here for a while, mainly due to Covid and so many new places opening in Leeds. After having been sent a £20 off birthday email I decided now was the time to revisit! I’ve always loved it here and especially in the sun now they have more outside space and the terrace. I went on a Sunday lunchtime, it was steady with a nice atmosphere. We both ordered a salad, the chicken Caesar and the smoked applewood and pear with a portion of skinny fries. Both salads were lovely and chips to die for, all washed down with a bottle of the Pinot Grigio rose. Not the cheapest at £31 a bottle but delightful all the same. The service was excellent, friendly but not too over the top. The bill with the £20 off came to an excellent £51, definitely worth signing up for. Highly recommend.
Three of us had a Sunday roast, which was delicious. But what let it down to only give 3* is the lack of gluten free. Instead of providing an alternative bread with my starter, or using cornflour to make the Yorkshire pudding, they were simply removed! I am finding more and more good restaurants removing items than doing the right thing and truly giving a great experience for dietary needs. Had you done this, 5* all the way.
