Ok lately I've been very disappointed In Starbucks but this had to have been my worst experience yet. There was one customer who had ordered well before me and one customer ordering behind me. I waited almost 15 minutes and they served the person who ordered after me right away on top of getting my order wrong. There were 4 people working all of them talking and goofing around not bothering to do their task except the girl working the register. The manager even came over and asked the girl aren't you making a drink and she laughed and said oh yeah before making my order. Very upsetting especially considering I am a barista for a different coffee shop and we would NEVER condone this behavior.
Went to this location yesterday. It was very busy and only 2 people doing the job of at least 5-6 people. The man who served me and my children was very nice. I wanted to leave a tip and was shocked to learn they are not allowed to accept tips. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. Over working and I’m sure under paying their staff not letting them accept any tips. Shame on you.
Closes very early because they're understaffed; obviously not willing to pay a decent wage.
This morning very nice women paid for my and my daughters Starbucks. I'm still in shock and so grateful. The Baristas, who all worked, were so happy and nice. They were all in such great moods.
