Although there aren't many options on the menu, there is a large selection of wines to choose from. Make sure to book early, as the place is very popular and there are limited tables available.

This restaurant in Quebec is one of the best I have ever visited, and a must-visit in the Islands. Make sure to make a reservation in advance! The staff and owner are friendly and welcoming. They explained the dishes well and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and packed with flavor, showing that the kitchen team knows the menu inside and out. We even put our name on the waiting list so we could come back before leaving the Islands.
This restaurant has amazing food and a wizard bartender who knew every new trend in the mixology world. They have a well stocked bar with an extensive wine list. The only downside to this restaurant is the pressure that you feel to hurry and order and eat your meal to be out the door for the second service! We were directly told by one of the staff members, quote “this is not a museum to contemplate your food, it is meant to be eaten!” My partner and I had before dinner cocktails, wine, appetizers, main courses, desert, coffee and digestifs and had to rush through every meal course a drink.
Wow! I'm always happy to eat there, the food is fresh and they keep the spirit of the islands, but with their own twist! The wine list is absolutely magnificent, it seems that they know the right bottles. I can't wait to go back!
