Chez Gaetan - Les Sables-d'Olonne

Frankly a nice discovery, I was advised because I wanted to eat fresh and tasted products and well I was not disappointed at all, the products are actually fresh and tasted, I recommend 1000% and I intend to come back if I am on the way to the Vendée. Thanks also to waitresses and very kind and courteous servers. The staff is not looking high, unlike other places in this area and it is very appreciable.

Very friendly staff. The dishes are copied and well cooked, and especially the ENDROIT where you can enjoy a frying of splashes, become so rare! Only small dish, the sharpness of the chairs leaves a little to be desired and the support of the wine card must be changed because it clings to the fingers (reparing that degrades over time). I always advise to have a good time.

The menus and dishes make you want. Prices are very reasonable given the quality of food in the plate. The service is pleasant and attentive

Very good restaurant. We went with my **** and we got a great welcome! The map is very provided, we were advised by the waitress who recommended a fish tartar and a trio of cooked fish, a real pleasure! Very good value quality price in a very beautiful setting!

From crossing to Les Sables d'Olonne, we discovered this rather original restaurant on its concept. Excellent cuisine. I opted for the seiche rata... I was warned that the dish would be spicy. However being used to spicy cuisine, I did not finally find that the dish was. Which really surprised the waitress. My husband opted for the matte rib. Just a treat!!!! We highly recommend !!!!
