Was connected to the store talked to 3 people and the manager wanted to argue that my address was wrong (I have foundseveral employees at this location to be rude), well it was right online when I ordered!!!! Over an hour after ordering Ifinally got my cold pizza.
Halfa$$ed pizza and the sandwiches and wings are even worse. I'm pretty sure the cardboard box my Italian sub came in tastes better than that pitiful sandwich with its 3 ultra thin slices of meat and virtually no fixins, I had to add mayo to give itsome flavor. The wings are a joke, and 2-3 minutes away from being properly cooked. Never again.
I ordered a pizza over the phone and spoke to someone who wasn't at the store. I was then transferred to the Lewisburg location, where I placed my order and paid ($27 and some change). When I arrived to pick it up, they couldn't find my order and it turned out it had just come out of the oven. Once I got the pizza home, I noticed the crust was overcooked, and I couldn't tell if there was any cheese on it. I won't be ordering from them again. The only positive aspects were that the girl who took my order over the phone and the female employee who handed me the pizza were very nice.
I’m always satisfied with this location, and we go there every couple of weeks for our pizza and movie night. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
The ordering process was terrible. They seemed to struggle with even the simplest requests! It was extremely frustrating. They really need someone at the store to handle orders better. This was by far the worst experience I've had trying to order a basic pizza.
