Then up there's only one car on the window and we waited for a bit. Terrible customer service. It was a big thin African American with long dreads she has terrible costume service as she still works there.
This place is terrible. They're always kidding me. Today the driving girl was so rude that I just pulled away. There are many better ways to spend your money. Arby's got to fire the entire staff and get started.
Easily the rudest drive thru individual I have ever spoken to. One of the items that was ordered was not in the pack and I had already spent the 15+ minutes getting home when I realized it. The complaint was that the order was placed over an hour ago , but I had only arrived thirty minutes into the hold due to a traffic incident on the road up.Ultimately I GOT the missing item, but the aggression coming from the woman and insistence I was wrong was extremely rude.

I don't even know how the timing is done on Google, but that would be a suggestion.I did call a different Arby's, and no one picked up. Since it was on my way I stopped by, and they were open. Not saying this is how you will respond, but even calling is not reliable in a sense.Thanks, and appreciate the response.
I had the roast beef jalapeño sliders. I ordered 4, then moved meat from 2 onto the other 2, because there was not much meat.Food: 2/5
