Pizzéria No.900 Verdun

I really liked Pizzeria No.900 until now but the experience I had in this restaurant in Verdun recently left me on a very bitter note. Not only was the welcome extremely bad/rude (we felt like we were disturbing but the pizza we received was absolutely scandalous. After I complained, they wanted to give me a dessert as a gift. I was so disgusted that I couldn't. The least I could have done was to refund my pizza (if you can call it that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Second time here. Consistent, the staff was great and knolegable, just as last time. Pizza is incredible. Asked for red win, they give me 3 sips diffrent to test. Thanks!! Will come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stayed for one hour waiting for the food, that never came. We asked politely if that was a problem with the order, and she just said yes, we 're doing right now . We had ordered pizza, salad and appetizer, is it posible that they couldn 't bring us anything?? We felt insulted , disrespect, cause nobody came to talk or offer a glass of soft drink, any compensation at all. They are amateurs, not professionals, cold . I 'll never go back to that place just because of the service. Lack of respect !! Bad management!! About the ambiance....terrible, but in a Monday, that was the only restaitant opened at that area. We had a reservation at 6pm last night, were seated right away by the hostess who was lovely. After that it went downhill, a complete lack of service from the server who never even introduced himself or acknowledged us in the slightest even after his colleague reminded him we were seated 15 mins in. After 35 minutes of sipping on water and not even having had a chance to order drinks or anything, we left. I won’t be returning to this location. We usually love Pizzeria 900 but this was a very disappointing experience. This was a Wednesday night with perhaps 6 other tables; not even at half capacity. The hostess did her job very well but the server clearly did not care; not even an apology or anything as we left. I do really understand that sometimes things happen and perhaps someone called in sick so the team was short staffed but this was a disappointing experience nonetheless as I had hyped up this place and brought my parents out for a nice dinner. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else and had a lovely time. Such a missed opportunity that a little bit of courtesy and respect would have gone a long way.
