Worst service of my life. I worked at Wendy’s 10 years ago and felt sad for how horrible this one was. I came to the register (NO LINE) and the store manager woman told me one minute 3 times over 13 minutes just to place my order with no line. Then she told me I had to order from the Keosk. I tried explaining 3 times I did not know how to order a pretzel bun from the keosk. She was unable to speak English and after 20 minutes I left and will NEVER come here again.#SuperIncompetent??
Placed an order on the App and stopped in to pick up my order. Their fryer wasn’t working so they weren’t able to make the order. The manager sent an employee out to tell me they couldn’t make the order. Unfortunately the employee didn’t speak very good English. I told them it was okay and asked them to cancel the order. The employee told me she couldn’t. I asked to talk with the manager but the manager wouldn’t come out and talk with me to resolve the situation. So I paid for an order I didn’t get and the manager was unwilling to make it right.
Ever since they put in a machine where you can place the order yourself, they have been ignoring me every time I came I (I wanted something that wasn 't on the kiosk. It 's not that hard to say "HI, we 'll be with you in a second.
Highway atmosphere, very good service, Mrs. Virginia attended us, very friendly and helpful, the girl at the cashier I don't remember her name but she was also super friendly in this particular restaurant, in other Wendy's where I have entered where very young people serve service is not very good. Very good breakfast and very good atmosphere.
