The scones weren't fresh and we only ate them because the jam was edible. Maybe that's why they already come with jam, I mean almost completely covered with jam! And still I couldn't eat everything! In addition, we weren't asked if everything was good at the end and we were also misled about the price.
On a Sunday I went to this establishment and on the outside at the door it was a blackboard saying that a promotion was on coffee or tea plus a simple scone whit butter, 1.50€ . When we sit the waiter give us one list just one) that was physically too long and had no prices. On the plus side, it did have explanations for the differences of tea white tea vs green tea and so one) which was good. As she gave us the list she also mention the promotion adding that Rooibos and White teas were 0.10€ more expensive . It take us a bit choosing because we only have one list after all, so another waiter took our order. We both choose teas that cost more 0.10€ each). I ask the waiter if the scones had to be with butter, she reply that it could be with jam but that would cost more, without specifying how much, and yes we did not ask how much either, guessing that it would be like the tea, more 0.10€ or 0.20€... We got served and the scones were, well, not fresh, they were at least two days old. The teas were ok, but after all that 's hard to screw up. When we ask for the bill we were expecting something between 1.60 and 2.00€ each, making 3.20 to 4.00€ total, when in fact we were charged 6.20€! We were told of a promotion and then overcharged. And the scones were terrible, I mean TERRIBLE!
