Excellent local fine cuisine. The food was delicious and affordable. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly owners/chefs. Nice view of the St-Lawrence River from the balcony where we sat. Good for a romantic dinner.

Unbelievable! Family restaurant, cozy ambiance. But most important of all the food you can actually taste the cook's skill, passion and love for food. Ingredients are fresh, locally sourced. Loved it. 11/10 stars

We ordered the Mother's Day meal for two: FANTASTIC. It was already delicious at the restaurant, but the chef outdid themselves. Bravo!

On the recommendation of our host at marchant de bonne this year we have dared for dinner after bistro la salicorne. our host has arranged a reservation gnädig. we were warmly welcomed by the owner of the restaurant and it was most helpful in our selection of...menu our guests and desserts were delicious. we would highly recommend this restaurant. it is only worth the trip to l’islet sur mer!
