Kfc - Lithia Springs

I wish we looked at the reviews before we made the trip to this place. We ordered an 8 piece and got a 6 piece. The chicken looked with fat and not fresh at all! I tried to call this place for the last 30 minutes and the line was busy.

The food wasn't good. I ordered a door-sh order and was dissatisfied. The food was cold, though my driver had to wait for my food. The corn was brown and old. They filled the containers from sides less than halfway and I ordered big ones for everything. Biscuits were tough. I ordered half a gallon soda and they gave me two small cups. I'm so disappointing because I'm going through the drive and never got that.

Horribler customer service. Gentleman in the passage was super rude. I called another night and they took her phone off the hook. It's really a shame that I have to call to see if they have chicken pots because I went twice before I close, they said they didn't do anymore and another time they said it was 25 minutes that I had to wait. You need new employees

My services were terrible tonight. I moved up, you couldn't even see the menu. Make the menu panel on the floor and the glass pocket wide open. So I order two wings. The cashier Shalamar on the ticket #2142 did not ask if you had 3 wings or 4 wings meal. The cashier never asked me anything. I come to window, says the cashier $20.31 had attitude when I asked about my drinks. Your meal doesn't come to drink. A wing meal is 3 pieces. I was charged for 2 4 pieces of wing meal and coming home and my pages are wrong. If I wasn't 10 miles away, I would have gone back. I'll never visit this place again.

This kfc is by far the worst. I have ordered an 8 piece on numerous occasions, the chicken is always burn up and the customer service sucks. I am willing to bet if you go there right now, they don't even have cole slaw. smh
