Schlotzsky's - Little Elm

Waited at drive through for over 5 mins...no one ever spoke over the speaker...then drove up to the service window. Saw people doing things but not paying any attention to me. Had to knock on the window and finally one of them from accross the room just waved me off to leave... couldn't someone have said something over the drive through speaker instead of letting me sit there..? Terrible customer service and very unprofessional !!

This specific Schlotzskys has the best quality of all the Schlotzskyies I have been to. The quality of food and the care with which they make it is just extra ordinary. I just hope they do not ask for tips for take out orders too. It is ridiculous to tip for take out to go orders.Vegetarian options: vegi pizza, vegi sandwitchParking: lots of parking around. there is a kroger just around the corner too. just be extra careful exiting on to 423 as the traffic is fast moving.

Too much mustard. Drive thru didn't know how to use the phone app.

I hadn't ate at a Schlotzsky's in 15 years ! It was fantastic! I won't wait another 15 !!
