Firehouse Subs - Little Rock

I specifically stated that I didn't want any onions, but my request was overlooked. Since my order was for takeout, I didn't notice the mistake until I got home.

Recently, I've noticed a change, and now I often have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for my order to be ready. It's disappointing because this used to be a quick place to get food. If you're planning to order from here, expect to budget around 30 to 40 minutes for the wait.

I waited 37 minutes for my sub and left feedback on the receipt, but I never received a response. I really enjoy Fire House, but not at this particular location.

This restaurant has extremely slow service. If you’re willing to wait around for five hours to eat, this is the place for you. They also don’t inform you when your order is ready, and the food isn’t very good. Additionally, the short Black lady at the counter has a bad attitude.

I Ordered The Veggie on Wheat Bread. It was The Best Damn Sandwich I?ve Ever HAD! I got it Delivered and Called FireHouse to Tell Them to extra toast it and to include their Delicious Sauce and they did NOT disappoint. My Sandwich was Delicious and Hot! they went above my expectations! if you want a BIG mouthwatering Sandwich Do not Hesitate to Order from Firehouse Subs ! There is no other place like FireHouse!
