This position must be the worst taco bell in the entire franchise history. every time I came to this restaurant, something is missing or wrong. I wish I could upload pictures of the slop that was thrown into my pocket. after a second time for missing items. I noticed my bag went out when I came home. the flesh was not emptied. it looks literally like I have suppe on a flour cake. my Gordita crunch was missing the meat, not a single piece only salat cheese and sauce. my other four tacos were so tender and saturated in fat, I couldn't eat them. I spent $16 on a baja blast. called the load to see if it was worth driving back to not answer. whether management or crew someone needs to be reworked.
The entire crew seems to be children hanging out at work. I had to repeat my order to the girl taking orders. I paid, got my drinks and was pulled up to the front of the store. I got my order and all 3 were wrong. I went inside stood at the front counter for almost 5 minutes before someone asked me what was wrong with my food. They took the receipt to check it against the food that I was returning. A female got out of an car went to the drive-thru window and started handing out food without washing her hands or anything. They remade the food and kept my receipt. I will NOT be returning and I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.
Paid $21.00 for meal been at uams all day my daughter had surgery today tired and hungry, ordered two Mexican pizzas one extra meat one regular this was regular, worst experience I have ever had first tried give us Mountain Dew looked like water he said ole it probably down and said he get us something else only to get home with this disaster
