No posted work hours and website say open until 9pm here at 8:25pm and people inside but doors locked and open sign off. Probably should post an hour sign and change website hours Service: 1
This place was very disappointing today. They had four kids working there. I ordered a 6-in sub online to be picked up to go forty minutes before I needed it. I walked in. There were people waiting for their online orders. They had a line. And the girl at the counter apologized, saying they got backed up. The problem is that this isn't acceptable. They needed to make sure at least one worker focused on getting those online orders done at the time they were meant to be done. It just looked like they were ignoring them. I hope I get a refund on my order that I did not have time to wait for, due to it being my lunch hour. I also hope the owner/manager talks to the employees today about how to better manage the orders.
Normally I don't rate national chains because they differ very little from one to another. However, friendly, thoughtful service deserves a top notch rating. I was greeted right away. There was a bit of a wait, as I arrived at the peak of 5he lunch period. Each person who helped me looked me in the eye, listened carefully, and took special care of my order. As I was departing, an employee noted that I was struggling with my items. They rushed over and offered just the right touch of help. Kudos to each!!
This is a good store. They make quality sandwiches as far as subway standard go. They fill them up goodly
