Very good customer service! carson helped us at the snackstand and was super friendly and patient. Thank you.
Expects more of this theater, with him in a beautiful opposite, but we were wrong. the kerl in the ticket centre sat there.
That is a jewel of a theater. I love the seats lying and sitting small bowls for everyone. that makes a good movie theatre when they come.
We reserved a table for the Mother's Day for 7 people. When we came there, there was a sign that it was reserved, but we had to pull up the chairs for the table. It is an order on the front type so that we got our orders and stood in line, so it took at least 15 minutes to get through the line. We really didn't expect much, but after we waited for our coffee and tea, then frustrated for another 15 minutes. When we were there 50 minutes, someone came and told us that we had only 10 minutes more and that someone had reserved the table....and we hadn't got our food yet. No class. If you want to have a reserved table, you need to come and take orders to get everything so you can turn the table around. I have made a review on Yelp and received feedback that they were not a sit down restaurant so we expected too much. That's not the problem. My biggest thing is they came to us and told us we had to go before they got our food. Very badly executed. Everything else. There was a terrible fat smell that made our eyes water. Eating was okay, but not worth the experience. If they want a reserved table, they have to do something else.
