Wendy's - Livermore

I must say, this location is likely the freshest Wendy's you'll find! Two thumbs up!

Wendy's is a reliable choice. I should mention that I don’t visit Wendy's often since it's not very close to me, and I tend to prefer other chains like Taco Bell and In-N-Out. I recently tried their Ghost Pepper Chicken Ranch Sandwich, and it was pretty good. It didn't pack an intense spicy punch, but it had a nice flavor with just a hint of heat. However, what really stands out are their chicken nuggets. I’m not exaggerating when I say they offer the best nuggets of any fast-food chain, and the BBQ sauce is absolutely fantastic.

I ordered two Baconators, requesting only meat and bacon, but they added melted cheese to both patties. Unfortunately, I had to throw them away because I can't eat cheese.

Ordered from door dash. 2nd time in a row my order was incomplete (only with this store). Called the store, the person hang up on me. Went to the store to get a refund. The manager said, it's not possible. No apologies or whatsoever. Very unprofessional, turned her back on me and the crew won't give me the manager's name. I mean seriously! All i wanted was for them to take responsibility. Please wendy's train your managers to handle complaints. Very unprofessional. Never going back to this store again!!!

I'm local, they have always been super speedy and gpod since they opened a couple years ago. The managers and staff are always good, Karina adds a nice quality when she's on duty too as well.
