I enjoyed the brisket, which was fork tender and tasty smokey, also some delicious homemade cola and potato salad! They offer meat plates, a chopped beef sandwich and more. House BBQ sauce is just the right mix of tangy and sweet... Friendly service and reasonable prices make it! Guided by a man and woman team, the facility is clean and pleasant. They also offer food from doors if you are so inclined. The facility is opened by BYOB and only on Wednesdays to Sundays until BBQ expires....beware. ... back on Saturday and enjoyed the pork ribs, my wife had the chopped beef sandwich and beans. Ribs were meaty and delicious, their sandwich was generous and the beans were good. Tryed the cherry cabbler for Dessert, who was scrumbling! I'm glad I came back today...

Some of the best BBQ around miles, and I was in a 100 miles radius. My first time here. The flesh is tender and the ribs fall from the bone. The prices for what you get are great! I will check this BBQ operation at the level of the largest. A track at Texas BBQ joints for one reason: Brisket. Sufficient to say the brisket is excellent and in fact, is the best I had in awhile. It is moist, with a perfect, crispy, caramelized surface. The only drawback was the bad BBQ sauce. The sausage was pretty good, but not great, like the Koleslawin. However, the potato salad was excellent. A worthy visit, and as I expect that this, as it is discovered, will increase, the parking lot that is already fighting will be completely inadequate.

Big grill! the owners are always there. the tomlinsons are good little villagers. mr tomlinson is proud of his craft of smoking ribs, sausages and brisket. Every time I was in there, the bbq was perfectly smoked. meet a friend and enjoy a bbq in llano. fyi it is less expensive than the big chain right on the road.

Excellent brisket, sausage, and potato salad. Clean and nicely decorated dining room. The tea seemed like it might be instant could use some improvement there.
