Embers Tap House - Lockport

Really great tacos! They were only I think two dollars or three dollars each but they were really good. Also really liked their Moscow Mule! Really nice staff and atmosphere!

I 've been here on two separate occasions and the same issues happened both times: Service is extremely slow for whatever reason. Our server the second time stated she was new (which is fine and understandable) but then later on told us she was justnew to this location and had been serving for years prior. My friend ordered a drink with no ice and it took three attempts tobring it correctly. When she brought it the second time, she just said sorry and left the table without fixing theproblem. We ordered an appetizer and was brought something different. My burger was good, so that was a plus. Otherwise theatmosphere is nice. I 'm personally not going back anymore, but maybe others will have better luck than me.

We dined there on 10/7/22, the food was great! I had the corn hash sandwich, my kids loved their wings, and my wife had the Buffalo chicken Mac Cheese. The fried pickles were ok. The mix drinks were good, wife had the Manhattan. I had a craft beer.Our waitress Kaitly (I hoped I didn?t mess up her name) was outstanding, she gave us great food recommendations. I willdefinitely go back.

I live down the street from embers so I have been here a handle full of times. They got new owners a year or 2 ago and I thought it was better but the past few times I?ve been it?s back to the same bs. Food is aweful service is non existent. The only reasonI like coming here is because it has the rooftop area. This last time our waitress was aweful. She literally saw us walking upand said I?ll be there in a minute she was not there very quickly and the whole time she served us she took forever to take ourorders or come back to even check on us. She was on her phone the whole time. Very disappointed I will not be coming back.Owners u may want to have a talk with your staff or get new ones.

Can't say enough good things about our experience! Service was prompt and professional. Food was absolutely delicious! Finished our evening up in the speakeasy and the cocktails were perfectly constructed! Hats off to the Ember's team for such a great experience!!
