Came in was seated. No menus No one cleaned table No one acknowledged us in fact thr only waitress ignored us. Absolutely horrendous service which ruined the whole experience. We left I do not recommend this place at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered Chicken Hibachi with double veggies. My husband ordered the same, but with double chicken. We did NOT get what we paid for. The order was delivered by UE and we drove to the restaurant to take the food back! Anytime you decide to get dressed and take food back to a restaurant while not feeling well there has to be a major issue. We spoke with Matt and while he was very apologetic and wanted to make it right, we will never order from them again. The first time was good. Second time was “ok”, but definitely a downgrade from the first time we ordered. This time? Terrible. Portion of “extra” chicken and “double veggies” was the same if not less than the regular portion. The food was sloppy and thrown together, spoonful of veggies for both meals were overcooked and didn’t look appealing at all. The chicken was placed in the small area of the container. What does that tell you? Can you fit “double meat” in the small part of a container meant for a side? No. The veggies were scattered in the large area. They have Japanese steakhouse prices, but you get happy meal portions. I’m assuming most of their revenue comes from delivery orders, because whenever we drive by the place is empty. There were four customers in the restaurant eating when we returned our food. The employees were standing around doing nothing. They had more employees than customers. Seems like they have plenty of time to make sure the food is right. We received a full refund via UE. We were so disappointed and stopped at another restaurant for dinner.
So, twice now, I have gone to Sushi Rock and Roll in Locust Grove (almost one-half hour away) for 2 separate pickup orders and BOTH times they messed up. The first time, I was missing an entire roll. I didn't think it was going to be missing, and since they stapled the bag shut, I honestly didn't open the bag to check. The second time, I asked for no cream cheese on one of the rolls. I said it twice, and this time, I opened the stapled bag before I left to make sure nothing was missing. I counted how many orders were in the bag (since we had multiple orders), and nothing was missing. I get home, waiting to sit and eat, and there's CREAM CHEESE in my roll that was at the bottom of the bag. Yes, I tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES when each of these incidents occurred. No one picks up the call, and it goes into a voicemail that no one listens to because it's FULL! The rolls I ordered were about $16 each, so I've already lost more than $32 worth of food; one that never made it and another that I couldn't eat. So, no dinner twice. I don't know how to get in contact with anyone there.
