Sam's Pizza Subs - Locust Grove

I've been eating here for a long time. Tonight they got the order all wrong and even didn't cut a pizza. Called to let them know the mistakes and asked what I should do. First talk to two employees that were very nice and escalated it to the owner who was supposed to help. Maybe to him calling customers a liar and telling them it's tough luck is helping. Terrible customer service from the owner. Will not be spending here ever again. It's really not that big of a disappointment, seriously every other pizza place in the area is better anyway.

Again great food and efficient service, pick up so atmosphere is not a specific memory.

Always good food!! The cheese pizza is amazing! The bread sticks are the bomb!!

Never got to eat. Stood around for a while and no one spoke to us. We left and went somewhere else.

A piece of broken metal from the oven was baked into our pizza! My child bit into it, in my opinion I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating their food!
