Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónBlake's excellent restaurant made for a fabulous Valentine's Night. The room is beautifully designed with a fun and lively atmosphere whilst still remaining romantic. There's a great bar which links into the restaurant and it's definitely worth pausing for an aperitif. The perfect place for dinner for 2. The food was first class and the wine list offers a great choice at a wide price range. The service was superb. Well managed and a total delight. Highly recommended.
Have worked around the corner for 12 years but never been, booked for breakfast with an important client. Ordered two filter coffees they were lukewarm; ordered poached eggs on toast got the more expensive (and not requested) poached eggs on toast with avocado, and they were cold and watery; guest ordered toast with his omelette got two slices of bread in a toast rack; staff terrible at noticing we wanted to change our coffees; bill £48.30. Wont be back.
Elegant and relaxing! Curry and a gin and tonic were beautiful and excellently prepared. A place to linger and relax.
Terrible food deep fried in bad oil that 's been reused many times. They put disgusting greasy, deep fried rice patty as a base for tuna tartar to make the portion look bigger and use less fish. The veal schnitzel is just bread crumps and bitter grease made me feel sick and had to refuse it. For £30 per main and £16 for appetizer such rubbish food is utterly unacceptable. What fine dining is it goes beyond me.
A great experience if you are looking for a cosy, moody, opulent and dark beauty ambience to have a slow and glamorous breakfast.
