The pub was very busy on Saturday but we were able to find a table to sit. Nicely organised and it was good atmosphere. Reasonable customer service.
Smith's of Smithfield is a great warehouse of a pub come bar come restaurant located next to the eponymous market. Open plan, huge and in your face. Good beer, although surprisingly limited choice for a venue of this size, true for keg and especially cask, only one on for the real ale drinkers. Loads of dining space with more on the next couple of floors. Love the architecture and also the service by the jolly crew behind the bar and those walking the floor. A good place to visit.
Place is nice with a very beautiful and classy ambience. We went to the rooftop restaurant in 3rd floor. Very photogenic and nice view of the cathedral, even as far as upto the Shard. However, 4 star for the food. Very pricey which can be attributed to the nature of value, but the potion size is also very limited (mains). Good enough just for appetizer but not filling enough.
Really good pub with a decent menu. Staff couldn't do enough to help us, got busier later on and they had a party in upstairs but you couldn't even tell. Fab pub though!
