Did an online order, got to restaurant, and the drive thru line was too long. I cancelled the order on the app and went somewhere else. An hour later I got charged and got a receipt through email. They are refusing to contact or refund me.
The person that served me. Thought out of the box to get me a drink carrier that they wor out of.
Unfortunately, due to being a little distracted and waiting about 10 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us, we didn't realize that they didn't give us what we ordered and paid for. We asked for one double quarter pounder meal and to make it a large, and we received a single quarter pounder with medium fries and drink. Double checked our receipt and it shows we paid for the double and large. Annoyed we didn't notice until after we left, but upset that they weren't able to get an order with one meal correct. Also, the fries were cold and unsalted. Just not a good experience.
I 'm hoping that by writing this, the need for improvement is recognized. We stopped here twice (totally by chance) on our recent trip. The first time was for fuel and to use the restroom. The restrooms were, for lack of a better word, disgusting. I had to instruct my kids not to touch anything and we washed our hands outside at the car. On the way back we needed lunch and ended up here, when we got to the exit I though oh, no not this place again but i figured I would give them a second chance and maybe the issues were resolved. We walked in and waited 10 minutes but still had not advanced in line towards making an order. We left without making a purchase.
