I will NOT ever be ordering from Meltwich Food Co ever again! Their pictures online are nothing to what you actually get. I ordered a $13 steak and mushroom sandwich on a bun and that is exactly what I thought I would get. Nope. It was more like a mini slider than a sandwich on a bun. It was so little. I was not impressed by this. I also ordered what I thought was a nice big salad...added tomatoes, onions and pickles and it was still a pretty small salad compared to what they advertise on their website. Its deceiving. I feel it's overpriced for what you get.

Terrible service and customer resolution. I put in an order online through the businesses webpage ordering. When I got to there restaurant the staff said they did not know there was an order because they do not receive online orders from their own website. ?? Then she said she could just make what I ordered if I waited, when I starting listing my order to her she said she couldn’t make it because the equipment that made the meltwiches was down. I just asked for a refund and had to sit and wait for the staff to make others orders before she called the supervisor to see if I could get a refund. Then she spoke to the supervisor on the phone and told me I could get a refund like it was good news. No apologies, no attempt a customer retention. I’ve never tried them and never will attempt to again since they do not need business apparently.

We just ordered from here from the first and last time. They forgot to give the three milkshakes to the driver along with our food order. The food portions are very small. Attached is a picture of the poutine I ordered, the pop can is for size reference, and the container is only half full of french fries. When I called to complain about not getting our milkshakes they told me I was going to have to order something else in order to get the driver to bring me back my milkshakes that were sitting on their counter made. The Philly cheesecake sandwich was nothing like a good Philly cheesesteak. Do not recommend this restaurant.

We came here to check out before the new one in Parkhill opens! I was amazed! We had the best staff! Shout out to Queenie and Nick! They were beyond great! The food was to die for, huge portions and a Great price! We will be back!
