Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMediocre experience. I dined there at 4:30 PM and kept it simple with a cheeseburger and fries, along with a kids' burger meal. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I must say the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food did not match that standard. Both burgers were overcooked, well past the char stage, and the fries were nearly burned as well. We were quite hungry, so we went ahead and ate it anyway. This Cheddar's usually has great food, so I’m hoping this was just a case of a new chef. The waitress was wonderful, and although we didn’t complain, she definitely earned a generous tip. I'll certainly go back, but I might wait a bit longer than my usual monthly visits.
I had a great experience at the Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Longview, Texas. The location is really convenient, and there was plenty of parking available. The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms. The staff were friendly and professional, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. We ordered an appetizer and each selected a main course, and the service was impressively quick. Everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
I visited this restaurant for dinner and I have to say, the croissants were absolutely delicious—though I only had one. The food itself was great; I ordered the platter with spinach dip. However, the customer service could have been improved. After entering the establishment, I had to wait about five minutes before being seated, and I didn’t feel as valued as the other patrons. Because of that experience, I don’t plan on dining in again. In the future, when I crave some spinach dip, I’ll just use DoorDash instead.
The chicken Alfredo pasta was really good and was very filling. The Monte Cristo was absolutely divine. The raspberry jam was amazing and that?s coming from someone that doesn?t even like raspberries. I was a little unsure about the sand which being deepfried and although the taste/texture was different, it was amazing.
The chicken Alfredo pasta was excellent and quite satisfying. The Monte Cristo sandwich was absolutely divine. The raspberry jam was incredible, and that's noteworthy since I'm not usually a fan of raspberries. I had some reservations about the sandwich being deep-fried, but despite the unique taste and texture, it was truly amazing.
