Lorne Pier Seafood Restaurant

The restaurant is situated in a beautiful setting and has a very picturesque ambiance. We chose to sit outside, as the weather was nice, and the service was quick and efficient. Our server brought the daily specials board to our table, and after deliberating, we decided on oysters and a seafood platter for one. The food was delicious, and we managed to save enough room to indulge in a generous portion of sticky date pudding. The restaurant appears to be popular with patrons of all ages.

Fantastic chef. Charlie is a very experienced chef with an history of raving reviews. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a number of reasons. The site in Lorne can't be better. The various eating areas caters to el fresco dining and there is even a smoking area for smokers. Drop in and you'll have a memorable culinary experience. I would give this restaurant the highest ratimh 10 out of 10<br/

After a delightful stay in Lorne, we decided to have one final meal before heading back to Melbourne at the Lorne Pier Restaurant. Intrigued by the stunning ocean views, we were greeted warmly by a friendly waiter who seated us by a window overlooking the waves. My boyfriend opted for a classic bacon and egg breakfast with Oysters Kilpatrick, while I chose the Atlantic Salmon from the Specials Menu. Despite the restaurant's casual and homey atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive presentation and generous portion of the salmon. Unable to finish it all, I ended up sharing some with my boyfriend. I look forward to returning to the Pier Restaurant on my next visit to Lorne, hoping for sunny weather and even more breathtaking ocean views.

Nice restaurant with a great view overlooking the ocean. Had the seafood platter for one. Found it fresh and tasty. Really good value for $39. It was busy but the service was really quick. Didn't have to wait long for our food.
