Jon Vinny's Fairfax - Los Angeles

I had a yen for italian food and reviewed the excellent reviews from other patrons and decided to give Jon Vinny apos;s a try. I ordered chicken parmegian, extra cheese arugala salad. The chicken parmegian was excellent! Tender, flavorful, very tasty sause. While the arugala salad was very fresh, I thought it was boring with nothing else added. I thought it was over-priced. I just ordered again, this time to try the eggplant parmegian and a different salad. I will post a review. Based on the first order, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I love fun flavors in ravioli and the Corn Agnolotti its street corn meets melted autumnal butter. The flavor is amazing!! Its a small portion so you may want to order something in addition. The pesto is good- not gonna change your life but its good.

Ok...I took a leap of faith. Wanted to try, but a littel pricey. So, I had to try a apos;jersey marinara apos; pie. I am Jersey to the soles of my conversed feet. So, order was running a little late, but great communication. Pizza arrivesa...luke warm. Kinda smallish...I had an attitude when I bit into that first piece...and I MAY NEVER EAT PIZZA FROM ANYWHERE ELSE...ever again. Just the most emotionally satisfying pizza I have had in forever. The food was good, the pasta portion was really small though. Expensive for that portion. The little nats pizza was good.

Favorite store on Doordash. Cant go wrong with anything on menu. Appetizers are excellent, pizza is crispy and delicious, steak is fantastic and flavorful (though keep in mind, its sliced so it doesnt arrive very hot), pasta is excellent, desserts are shockingly good. Cant wait to go back!
