Wendy's - Los Angeles

After parking in one of the designated mobile order lanes, I went inside to retrieve my order. After being misled about the drive-through process and waiting an extra 20 minutes, they neglected to provide fries with my meal and forgot the cheese on my potato. Out of the three times I’ve ordered potatoes, I’ve only received the correct order once. This issue is compounded by forgotten nuggets, fries, or straws with my meals. It’s really frustrating because I genuinely enjoy the menu.

The only thing that really confused me was that there was a cashier taking orders all the way over by the parking lot instead of at the speaker box. It made it seem like the speaker was open, so when I got there, an annoyed female voice said, "Ma'am, we have a cashier outside!" She sounded a bit upset! I ended up having to go all the way around. Aside from that, the food was AMAZING! It had great flavor and was served at the perfect temperature! The male manager was very attentive and provided excellent customer service!

I really enjoy the 4 for 4 or 5 for 5 deals. They're perfect for feeding the entire family when I'm on a budget, which is often. I highly recommend it to everyone; you'll be surprised at how much money you save while still getting a lot of food.

I absolutely love the pecan salad, it's just about the only thing i buy. The best part is the pomegranate vinaigrette, and I love the cranberries. The perfectly balanced salad.

The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have another Wendy's closer but prefer this one. On the rare occasion when they are out of an item or an ingredient, they have been very apologetic and have always gad goodalternatives to offer, to make it right. They really understand what great customer service is all about.
