I only got take out at this place during what I'd thought would be after the morning rush, but they were still pretty busy. They have a system that they adhere to strictly, which is good, I guess, but I only got a room temperature pastry and a drip coffee. The coffee was ready but I was expected t o wait for the several other folks ahead of me who were getting the same piece of loaf bread but heated up before I got mine. I didn't think it was that complicated but the employee I asked about gave me a death glare and a snotty response (and I was more than polite to them). Sheesh. But look. It's Starbucks.
