Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTrash. don't go here. coworkers are stupid and rude! no problem to use the 4 cars in front of me, but let me put ten minutes in the menu without saying anything while the load should be open. all employees are in the dining room area. sad! the request management would do something to fix that. I will never go to this place again.
I've used mobile ordering about 6 times since downloading the app. Tonight for my birthday my husband and I ordered 80 nuggets, 4 cheese burgers, a big Mac, and sauce for the nuggets at 7:29 i picked up the food. After leaving I found that we were only given 40 nuggets and the burgers. So I went back at 8:09. By the time I pulled up to the window and told I'll have to find the order, pull into the handicap parking from the manager at 8:15pm. I had to tell him at least twice what my order was orginally. That I was just there like 30-45 minutes ago. And that that it was a moblie order.Then after waiting til 8:30pm I was told that all I could see was 30 nuggets, 20 nuggets, and 40 nuggets So I told him my order again and what I was missing for the 4th time at this point. And he said he couldn't find the mobile order. But never said my full order that I got back to me. Just that all he found was 30 nuggets, 20 nuggets, and 40 nuggets"So with half of my food, out 14 dollars now, and just wanting to go home. I said okay and just left. This is ridiculous, and I get that it's just mcdonalds, nothing to crazy. And i hate leaving bad reviews But it's just the fact that I ordered the food, had the receipt, and then was told that I couldn't get what I paid for.
I went this morning my hamburger ? it wasn’t well done the person who taking orders I think he was sleeping or something.. i asking for my receipt he said i threw it into garbage.. i was like really? And he didn’t gave me a new one I hate doing this but.. I have to I wasn’t happy with my food at all.. sorry no sorry ?
I only gave them 4 stars because it was 12:30 a.m. and i had just got off work and was craving an Caramel Frappe. Delicious.. Fixed that craving right up.
Very DISAPPOINTED!!! Must be a common problem per other reviews! Curbside order never showed after 10+ minutes and seeing 15+ cars drive off from drive-thru, so called in and no answer, so walked in, spent next 3 minutes trying to get someone to come over to counter to ask about order. Several were standing around near drive-thru window not doing anything. (Likely a language barrier with the undocumented or uneducated issue of employees) When I finally was addressed and advised about my missing order and asked to speak to manager or shift leader, was told they were in the back doing nothing. (Now there is an example of a shining leader! I saw what appeared to be a bagged order just sitting and sure enough the worker grabbed that and handed it to me as if everything was fine. I don't know why I would have any expectations of ever having a decent experience going to an establishment that is ran by and employs such lowlife. DON'T OFFER SERVICES YOU CAN'T HANDLE AND GO LEARN SOMETHING FROM CHICK-FIL-A, where employees care about delivering service.
