Mcdonald's - Louisville

The food was average and the service was good, but a bit dull. The atmosphere could use some brightening up, as it feels quite plain. The best fries I've had in years were from McDonald's.

Last night, it was raining when I placed my order for a happy meal with extras at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I got to the pay window, the cashier was too busy chatting with her colleagues to notice me handing her my card. After some time, one of them finally motioned her to attend to me. I was surprised by the lack of regard and disrespect shown. However, the pick-up window staff were very courteous. This branch's service was disappointing compared to others I have visited.

The food met our expectations, but what really stood out was the exceptionally kind staff. In terms of parking, it is a bit tricky to navigate around the building as the shortest route goes against the drive-thru flow. Alternatively, you can circle around the plaza and re-enter from the main road.

Wow! A chicken nugget happy meal with NO NUGGETS????? ??‍

I ordered three items and only 1 of them were correct. I had ordered a sausage egg McMuffin that one was correct. I had gotten a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg and all I got was the bread and the chicken and then I got a sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle, and that just came with egg. This has happened more than once I do not recommend this place. Will just take your money.
