The exterior of this Dunkin' Donuts is visually appealing, but the interior truly shines. The service is excellent—fast and efficient!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! They got our orders correct on the first try, which is something that many places struggle with. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the manager and the entire staff for their outstanding service. The management and employees here truly make this place special. If the manager sees this, I would love for you to reach out to me. This experience was genuinely exceptional!

The lines were long, which is a good sign for business. I went inside, and they’re encouraging everyone to place their orders at the kiosk. That’s fine, but not everything on the menu is available there, which made it quite challenging. I ended up asking a staff member for help, and she was very friendly and assisted me without any issues. The team was really working hard to get the orders out! However, I prefer to interact with the staff directly. I understand they are busy with the drive-thru, but when a customer comes inside, shouldn’t that be a priority too?

The Caramel Craze iced coffee is fantastic! There's a new location at the corner of Riverside and Mulford.

Even though there was a slight wait, we were always pleased with our orders!
