Bobalicious Bubble Tea Snow Ice

Store hours say open but they are closed! As in shut down. I traveled far to get to this store. I'm so bothered rn.

Service and drinks were nice BUT the boba is fake. The boba is supposed to be chewy they aren't supposed to pop in your mouth or in the drink highly unrecommend the boba since you dont really know what they are serving to us!!

The tea was a bit over steeped but overall it was good.

This is the worst boba place in lubbock. It so un inviting and dark and just not a fun environment to hang out. Not only did the setting lack in welcoming guests, the workers were rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. The drinks were terrible and made poorly, and the way there were made was very unsanitary. Not only that the Taro drink I got tasted expired and powdery. The Tapioca/boba tasted old and was not chewy as it had dissolved in my mouth. On top of all of that the manager had the audacity to make me tip her when I was paying. Overall the experience was horrible, no one finished their drinks and in the end just wasted our money. DO NOT COME HERE!!! You are better off spending your money else where at another boba place.
