Other DoorDash drivers were also waiting there for 30-45 minutes for their orders. Although there was available seating in the open area, the staff was just standing at the register and not seating anyone. A customer, who knew the manager, informed the staff that she was messaging Tiffany, the manager, about their refusal to seat guests or take names, which finally prompted them to start the list. I opted for DoorDash since it seemed they were processing orders more quickly than the in-house customers. The delivery person brought our food within minutes, confirming that the restaurant was to blame for the cold, stale meals. I ended up spending $56 on a cold, hard burger, stale fries, and zero utensils or syrup for the pancakes, eggs, and French toast. This experience was extremely frustrating.
The food was good and served hot, but it would have been better with pancakes as part of the meal.
This is the smallest IHOP I've ever visited, but it's always nice and quiet when I go in. The staff has consistently been very attentive and prompt with their service. The food arrives quickly and is fresh each time.
My daughters absolutely love the pancakes! The restaurant was a bit crowded, but the service was excellent. Haley did a fantastic job!
Three of my pancakes were nearly burnt and not as fluffy as the other two. The hash browns were dry, greasy, and excessively crispy.
